Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It needs to be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method of your choice, which is insured and traceable to the address you will find below. Please send the item(s) in their original outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition.

Products can be returned when:

1.   You received products that you did not order which you received in good faith. The return of non-ordered items must be made within five (5) working days since you received them. In this case, shipping expenses will be borne by the company.

2.   You received a defective or damaged product (e.g. resulting from the transport by the carrier). In that case, you can request its return, replacement or a refund. If the return and replacement of the product is due to a proven defect of the product, the shipping costs for return and delivery of a new product will be borne by the company. If you wish to only return the item, shipping costs will also be covered by the company. Products are always shipped in excellent condition and in sturdy carton packaging. Products cannot be returned when the bottle is damaged and cannot be exchanged with another container size.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
